If any Compresstome® vibrating microtome malfunctions during the first year of use, contact us and we will initiate a repair case immediately. Often, small problems can be identified and resolved on site. If your tissue slicer needs to be shipped back to our company for repairs, we cover the shipping fee, the replacement parts, and all labor fees under the warranty program! If you need to purchase an extra part, that part also gets a full one-year warranty. For instance, if you have a Compresstome® VF-300-0Z vibrating microtome and decide to buy a second blade holder, your new blade holder will be covered under its own warranty. As a result, our warranty program provides comprehensive coverage for your Compresstome® vibrating microtome, and provides you full support during the first year. You also have the option to extend your warranty for up to three total years at a small extra cost.
