The Organoid Sectioning Kit is designed to help researchers section delicate 3D organoid and spheroid cultures for imaging, molecular analysis, or transplantation. Organoids—derived from stem cells or patient tissues—require extremely gentle handling to preserve their cytoarchitecture, viability, and surface integrity. This kit provides the optimal tools to ensure precision, stability, and sterility throughout the slicing process. The double-wall buffer tray maintains chilled, oxygenated conditions, preventing hypoxic or mechanical stress on live organoids. The autoclavable stainless-steel tray enables sterile cutting for downstream molecular assays, while ceramic blades ensure ultra-sharp, clean slices that minimize structural distortion. Fine brushes and forceps enable manipulation of small, fragile organoids without collapse or tearing, and sticky spacers help position organoids precisely for reproducible sectioning. Kit Contents: Select one of the following:
  • 1 × Double-wall buffer tray, OR,
  • 1 × Stainless-steel buffer tray (autoclavable)
All kits then come with the following:
  • 1 × Chilling block
  • 2 × Specimen tubes with matching plungers (15.5 mm, ideal for small samples)
  • 2 × Ceramic blades (ultra-sharp, RNase-free)
  • 6 × Sticky spacers (for positioning small samples and organoids)
  • 1 x set of Compresstome® Small Sample Agarose Embedding Stamp (3 stamps)
  • 3 × Fine tissue handling brushes
  • 3 × Fine tissue forceps
  • 1 × Magnifying glass and LED light assembly
  • 1 × Buffer tray adaptor screwdriver (7/64 Hex)
  • 1 × Buffer tray adaptor screwdriver (T15 Torx Plus)
