PCLS experiments demand controlled oxygenation, consistent slice thickness, and maintenance of tissue viability during sectioning. This kit includes all necessary accessories to achieve clean, reproducible lung slices that preserve the complex architecture of alveoli, bronchioles, and vascular structures.
