“Very satisfied with the customer support before and after purchase. The Compresstome was shipped within just a couple weeks and customer support responded within 24 h whenever we had issues or questions. In addition, the training videos and zoom calls were extremely beneficial to get started.”

Our lab made the switch from standard vibratome-prepared ex vivo brain slices to compresstome-prepared slices a few years ago. Combining the compresstome with modified slicing solutions has allowed us to generate electrophysiological data that would have otherwise likely not been possible from the cerebellum to difficult brain areas to slice, like the locus coeruleus and thalamic reticular nucleus. Not only is the product exceptional, but the Precisionary is also so supportive and invested in helping us achieve our experimental goals.
