The Plant Sectioning Kit is designed specifically for researchers preparing precision-cut sections of plant tissues, including roots, stems, leaves, and meristems. Plant samples can be fibrous, uneven, and variable in rigidity—making sectioning more challenging than animal tissues. This kit provides the optimal combination of stabilization, positioning, and visualization tools to produce uniform plant tissue slices suitable for microscopy, histology, and molecular analyses.   • Smaller-diameter specimen tubes are optimized for fine root or stem samples and provide stable embedding for narrow tissue segments.
  • Sticky spacers firmly hold irregular or curved plant samples in place, ensuring consistent orientation during sectioning.
  • Ceramic blades deliver ultra-sharp, precise cuts that cleanly slice through fibrous cell walls without crushing tissue.
